EU Quesonntiaire Excise Duty
The Federal Ministry of Fina on nce informed us that the European Union has made an online questionnaire available on their website for economic operators. The purpose of this questionnaire is to compile the experiences made with the EMCS (=Excise Movement and Control System), representing the IT-supported transport and control system for used goods liable for taxes. You can complete this questionnaire under this Link until 12/04/2013. The letter from the BMF and the EU are attached in the annex.
